As a part of moving or shifting the AP offices from
Telangana to New Capital of AP region, the AP Govt started taken lease of
Villas for temporarily which is allotted to its ministers and officials.

The AP Govt has taken 22 Villas on lease in Rain Tree Park
residential Community which is located aside to the NH 5 and between the
Vijayawada and Guntur. The Rain Tree Park which is 15 kms far away from the Chief
Minister’s New Office in AP Capital.
The AP Govt has already begun to identify the buildings for
AP offices as well and Minister of Social Welfare Ravella Keshore Babu already
moved to his newly allotted office in Rain Tree park.
Totally 22 villas have been leased by AP Govt
for ministers and officials, All the ministers have their camp offices in this
Villas within 2 months.
